Emergency/Exit Light Service

Battery backup emergency and exit lighting fixtures are a Life Safe Device for exiting a facility safely in the event of a power outage or fire. NFPA #101 Life Safety Code requires a 90 minute full function test to be performed annually and a 30 second duration test monthly. Complete Fire Solutions, Inc. provides this testing and maintenance and replaces batteries and bulbs as needed for those lights that fail. Fire Alarm Service

Fire Alarm Systems require a minimum of an annual test and inspection of this life safe device per NFPA #72.  During this annual testing we function test the panel, load test the batteries, test all devices associated with the system like smoke and duct detectors, pull stations, horn/strobes, and dialer for communication with the monitoring station.

Fire Door Service

Rolling steel and sliding type fire rated doors require annual drop and slide testing per NFPA #80.  Complete Fire Solutions, Inc. provides this annual testing, labels them, and supplies an inspection report of the results noted during testing.

Fire Sprinkler Inspection Service

All fire sprinkler systems are required to be inspected annual and quarterly per NFPA #25 to ensure the proper operation of this life safe and building protection equipment.  As a sprinkler contractor, customers feel safe in knowing they are in good hands when it comes to the inspection of their systems whether it’s a wet, dry, anti-freeze loop, pre-action, hydrants, or fire pump.  As a contractor, CFS, Inc. can handle any repairs, 5 year inspections, or emergency calls when needed.

Fire Training Service

Complete Fire Solutions, Inc. offers hands-on live fire extinguisher training for companies to train their employees on the proper use of a hand portable fire extinguisher using the P.A.S.S method of operation and a R.A.C.E. procedure to consider when a situation occurs.

CFS, Inc. provides the equipment and trainer and the customer provides the outside area along with contacting the local fire department with dates and times of training.

Fire Stopping

Of the many facets of commercial building and construction, firestopping is not an area you can afford mistakes to be made…it can cost lives. Utilizing substandard or improper firestopping materials, installation procedures, or hiring uncertified firestopping contractors can have a devastating result if fire ever breaks out.
